Same Day Freshness

Chef Fred selects the freshest food available for your meals on the same day he prepares them. That includes fresh picked local produce, top quality meats, and fresh fish. When possible, fresh herbs are used as well. (When dried herbs are used, Chef Fred crushes whole herbs just before use to enhance the taste of your meals. This is especially important when health concerns require restrictions in salt, fat or other ingredients in your diet.)

Healthy Meals

If, for example, you are on a low-fat meal plan and don't eat red meat, you may want to try the turkey and black bean chili. Or maybe you would prefer the lime and cilantro marinated shrimp. With over 500 recipes to choose from, you will not see the same menu twice in a six month period... unless you want to!

An interactive dinner party is the perfect way to give your guests a memorable experience and learn about your meal at the same time. We can even leave recipe cards for you and your guests so they can try the meals themselves.

 Affordable Pricing is determined by your dietary needs and food preferences. Unique Catering has individual options ranging from $12.95 and up per plate from the family plan to $16.95 and up per plate with the gourmet plan.
